Employment Solicitor
Employment Solicitor: NQ-3 PQE Oxford | Salary: £55,000–£70,000 (dependent on experience) | Hybrid
About the Role
An exciting opportunity to join a Top 100 UK law firm, delivering high-quality employment law services to a diverse client base, including SMEs, multinational corporations, and senior executives.
Your core responsibilities will include:
- Advising on contentious tribunal claims, strategic employment matters, and day-to-day HR issues
- Handling a blend of employment and immigration cases (ideal for broadening expertise)
- Business development and client relationship management to support practice growth
- Acting as an active partner in scaling the firm’s employment practice
Flexible hybrid working is available, and this role offers real career progression alongside meaningful exposure to complex, high-calibre work.
Requirements & Person Specification
Ideally suited to:
- Qualified Solicitors with NQ to 3 years’ PQE, with solid technical experience in employment law
- Strong ability to manage caseload independently with minimal supervision
- Exceptional client care skills and a commercial, proactive approach
