Consultant Partner | Fully Remote (UK)

The Role
We are seeking an employment solicitor with strong experience across a broad range of complex employment law to work as a Partner, including involvement in business development.

The Candidate
An experienced, commercially astute lawyer who:
- Has 4+ years’ PQE in employment law
- Demonstrates strong technical drafting and advocacy skills
- Is confident in generating work through existing contacts and business development initiatives
- Is ambitious, entrepreneurial, and motivated to grow their own client following
- Thrives in a flexible, modern working environment
Candidates with an existing client following or a well-defined business plan will be particularly attractive.
