I am delighted to be working with a leading commercial law firm located in the heart of Leeds, renowned for their client-focused approach, high-calibre work, and dynamic, collaborative culture.

Due to sustained growth within their Employment team, they are looking to recruit a talented Employment Solicitor from NQ to 2 PQE to join the team.

You will work as part of a respected and friendly team, advising an impressive portfolio of clients across a range of sectors.

Responsibilities:

  • Exposure to both contentious and non-contentious matters, including:
    • Employment tribunal litigation
    • Disciplinary and grievance matters
    • Drafting contracts, policies, and settlement agreements
    • Advising on TUPE, restructuring, and redundancy
    • Supporting corporate transactions

Requirements:

  • NQ to 2 yrs PQE, with strong experience in respondent employment law
  • Commercially aware and client-focused
  • A confident communicator with excellent drafting and advisory skills
  • Proactive, organized, and eager to develop within a high-performing team
