Employment Solicitor – Bath or Somerset (Hybrid Working)

A highly regarded regional law firm is seeking an Employment Solicitor to join its growing team in Bath or Somerset. This role offers an excellente opportunity for an NQ solicitor or experienced employment lawyer seeking a dynamic, collaborative environment with high-quality work, meaningful responsibility, and strong career progression.

About the Role

The firm welcoming candidates at all levels of professional qualification experience (NQ+) to join their employment team.

Key Responsibilities

You will provide expert advice on a wide range of employment matters, including:

  • Contentious and non-contentious disputes (e.g., claims, investigations, tribunal proceedings)
  • Workplace investigations (internal and external)
  • Restructures, TUPE, and post-termination obligations
  • Settlement agreements and exit negotiations
  • Drafting and advising on restrictive covenants
  • Day-to-day HR and employment law support
