Employment Solicitor
Employment Associate/Senior Associate 5+ PQE – London
A highly regarded London law firm is seeking to appoint an ambitious Employment Associate/Senior Associate to join its thriving and expanding legal team.
This exciting opportunity involves working on a diverse portfolio of contentious and non-contentious employment law matters, including:
- Executive exits
- Tribunal litigation
- Corporate restructuring support
- Redeployment and redundancy advice
- Employment-related M&A transactions
The successful candidate will actively contribute to the leadership of junior lawyers and assist in growing the practice area, taking on greater responsibility in the process.

Requirements
The ideal applicant will possess the following credentials and experience:
- 5+ years’ qualified experience in employment law
- Demonstrated ability to advise on both contentious and non-contentious employment issues
- Exceptional technical legal skills with strong academic foundations
- Training completed at a well-respected law firm
- A transferable portfolio of satisfied corporate/legal clients
- Commercial insight and a genuine interest in business development
- Confidence in advising the C-suite and senior directors on employment strategy
