Make An Impact within our Legal team at RSM UK
RSM UK Legal are growing our Legal 500 ranked employment team and are seeking an ambitious Employment Solicitor to drive forward our expansion plans in London. This an exciting role which will appeal to those with a curious and entrepreneurial spirit, who are looking to grow their careers in an environment which embraces innovation and forward thinking. This opportunity will give you the opportunity to work with an impressive client portfolio seeking solutions to the workforce challenges they will face now and in the future.
Joining us as an Employment Solicitor, you will experience supervising junior solicitors, managing a caseload of your own work and developing relationships with new and existing UK and international corporate clients. At RSM UK, we embody an environment where you can make a difference to your career, our clients and our team. You’ll be based in either our London, Birmingham or Manchester office and working on a hybrid schedule.

You’ll Make An Impact By
- Leading as a point of contact for the team on specific employment law matters.
- Identifying, leading on, and progressing business development opportunities, pitching for work with both new and existing clients.
- Pro-actively identifying future changes in employment law and government policy.
- Demonstrating your technical expertise with the delivery of a premium, solutions driven, service to our clients.
- Developing the future talent by supervising and assisting junior members of the team with their personal development.
What We Are Looking For

We value diverse experiences and perspectives. Here’s what we’re looking for in our ideal candidate:
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law including employment status, holiday pay, equal pay, National Minimum Wage, due diligence work and employment tribunal claims.
- Experience of developing client relationships and proactively identifying issues and finding solutions.
- Proven ability to manage a diverse caseload and meet client deadlines.
- Experience of working in a team environment on projects and transactional matters.
- Experience of advocacy and or dealing with regulatory inspections.
