Employment Solicitor (Senior Associate / Legal Director)
Birmingham | Hybrid Working
A leading professional services firm is seeking an experienced Employment Solicitor to join its growing Legal Services team following significant investment and international expansion. This is a unique opportunity to help build and shape the Employment practice in Birmingham, working alongside established HR, tax, mobility and consulting specialists to deliver integrated solutions to clients.

About you:
- 7–12 PQE Employment Solicitor
- Strong regional, national or international firm background
- Commercial and solutions-focused
- Interested in business development and practice growth
- Enjoys working collaboratively across disciplines
