Pay Range: £31,000 to £33,400
Working Hours/Pattern: Full-time, though we welcome applications for part-time working. Flexible working arrangements are role-dependent; discuss with the talent partner for details.

Note: This is an outreach role, requiring travel in and around Chesterfield.
SEO and Accountability
Reed in Partnership’s Employability Division transforms lives through tailored support, empowering unemployed, economically inactive, or disadvantaged individuals to sustain long-term employment.
- Services: One-to-one careers guidance, CV writing, interview prep, skills training, and personalised support (up to 12 months) for those with health, disability, or care-related barriers
- Impact: Over 250,000 people supported since launch
- Funding: East Midlands Combined Authority backs our Connect to Work programme
Key Responsibilities
Taking Ownership
- Manage a caseload of jobseekers, creating tailored action plans to overcome barriers and move toward employment
- Provide one-to-one personalised support for:
- CV writing
- Interview preparation
- Skills development
- Meet/exceed performance targets and KPIs

Required Experience & Qualifications
Must-Have:
- Proven coaching/mentoring or influencing skills (e.g., past roles or community/social activities)
- Experience in a customer-facing role (e.g., customer service, hospitality, social care, sales)
- Work history in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Willingness to travel locally for appointments/meetings
- Minimum 2 A-Levels, or equivalent Level 3 Diploma
- GCSE English (or equivalent) at a minimum of Grade B (or higher).
- Alternative: Achieved a Level 2 Literary Assessment at interview or possessed international equivalents
