Description

  • Provide expert advice on employment tax matters to clients across various sectors.
  • Manage and oversee compliance with employment tax legislation and regulations.
  • Lead the preparation and submission of tax returns and related documentation.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring their needs are met effectively.
  • Offer strategic guidance on employment tax planning and risk management.
  • Support and train team members to enhance their technical expertise and professional development.
  • Collaborate with other departments to provide comprehensive client solutions.
  • Stay updated on changes in tax laws and advise clients accordingly.

Profile

A Successful Employment Tax Manager Should Have:

  • A recognised qualification in accountancy or tax, such as ACA, ACCA, or CTA.
  • Proven expertise in employment tax within the professional services industry.
  • Strong technical knowledge of UK tax legislation and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to deliver tailored client solutions.
  • Ability to manage multiple client engagements simultaneously with attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills to liaise with clients and internal teams.
  • A proactive approach to staying informed about changes in tax regulations.
