The Division
The Employment division comprises over 110 fee earners and, as the UK's leading supplier of employment law services to employers in the health and social care sectors, carries out work for over 150 NHS and private healthcare bodies throughout the UK, alongside clients in police, housing, local government and all our other major sectors. The division provides legal advice and training on the full range of employment law issues, supporting clients from board level to generalist HR practitioners, and has a reputation for handling the most sensitive and high-profile employment law cases. The Role And Responsibilities
The Employment and Pensions Division are looking for an Employment Tribunal Advocate. As demand for our work continues to rise nationally, you will play a key role in shaping and expanding our in-house advocacy practice. The role will focus on representing our clients in Employment Tribunal hearings across the Employment Tribunal centres.

When not engaged in Employment Tribunal work, the role will involve working on a range of contentious and non-contentious matters. This may include general employment advisory work and drafting in relation to discrimination, whistleblowing, advising on reorganisation and redundancy issues and the application of legislation to routine employment law scenarios.
Skills And Experience
We are looking for driven and talented advocates, whether barristers, solicitor advocates, or solicitors. The candidate should have experience of advocacy in the employment tribunal, good client handling skills and be able to work well with other team members.
