EMR/EHR Implementation Specialist

EMR/EHR Implementation Specialist (AI Training)

About The Role

We're looking for experienced EMR/EHR Implementation Specialists to help evaluate and improve AI systems being developed for healthcare environments. Your hands-on knowledge of clinical systems like Epic and Cerner will directly shape how AI understands, interprets, and supports real-world healthcare workflows — making a meaningful impact on the future of digital health.

Organization: Alignerr Type: Hourly Contract Location: Remote Commitment: 10–40 hours/week

What You’ll Do

  • Apply your EMR/EHR expertise to evaluate AI-generated content related to clinical systems, workflows, and healthcare IT
  • Review and assess AI outputs for accuracy, clinical relevance, and real-world applicability
  • Identify gaps, errors, or misrepresentations in how AI models handle EMR/EHR concepts
  • Provide structured, expert feedback to help AI teams improve model quality
  • Draw on your experience with Epic, Cerner, or similar platforms to inform nuanced evaluations
    • Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
