EMR/EHR Implementation Specialist (AI Training)
About The Role
We're looking for experienced EMR/EHR Implementation Specialists to help evaluate and improve AI systems being developed for healthcare environments. Your hands-on knowledge of clinical systems like Epic and Cerner will directly shape how AI understands, interprets, and supports real-world healthcare workflows — making a meaningful impact on the future of digital health.

What You’ll Do
- Apply your EMR/EHR expertise to evaluate AI-generated content related to clinical systems, workflows, and healthcare IT
- Review and assess AI outputs for accuracy, clinical relevance, and real-world applicability
- Identify gaps, errors, or misrepresentations in how AI models handle EMR/EHR concepts
- Provide structured, expert feedback to help AI teams improve model quality
- Draw on your experience with Epic, Cerner, or similar platforms to inform nuanced evaluations
- Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule

Who You Are
- Hands-on experience implementing, configuring, or optimizing EMR/EHR platforms (Epic, Cerner, or similar)
- Strong understanding of:
- Clinical and administrative healthcare workflows
- When AI-generated content reflects — or misrepresents — real-world system behaviour
- Detail-oriented with clear written communication skills
- Comfortable working independently on task-based, remote assignments
- No prior AI or data annotation experience required

Nice to Have
- Epic or Cerner certification
- Experience with:
- Go-live support
- End-user training
- System optimization
- Familiarity with data quality, data annotation, or AI evaluation workflows
- Background spanning multiple healthcare specialties or care settings
