EMR/EHR Implementation Specialist (AI Training)

At Alignerr, we partner with the world's leading AI research teams to build and train cutting-edge AI models. We're looking for experienced EMR/EHR Implementation Specialists to help us develop AI that truly understands healthcare systems, clinical workflows, and digital health delivery.
Your hands-on expertise with platforms like Epic and Cerner is exactly what's needed to evaluate, refine, and improve how AI reasons about real-world healthcare IT challenges. What You'll Do
- Evaluate and improve AI-generated content related to EMR/EHR configuration, workflows, and clinical system implementation
- Apply your expertise in Epic, Cerner, or similar platforms to assess the accuracy and quality of AI outputs
- Review and annotate scenarios involving system rollouts, workflow optimization, and clinical data management
- Identify gaps, errors, or unrealistic assumptions in AI-generated healthcare IT guidance
- Provide structured, expert feedback that directly improves how AI handles complex healthcare system challenges
- Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule

Who You Are
- Hands-on experience implementing, configuring, or optimizing EMR/EHR systems such as Epic, Cerner, or similar platforms
- Strong understanding of clinical and administrative healthcare workflows
- Ability to assess whether system configurations and implementation plans reflect real-world best practices
- Detail-oriented with the ability to provide clear, structured written feedback
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- No prior AI experience required — your healthcare IT expertise is what matters

Nice to Have
- Experience with data annotation, data quality, or evaluation workflows
- Familiarity with interoperability standards such as HL7, FHIR, or CCD
- Background in clinical informatics, health IT consulting, or healthcare project management
- Epic or Cerner certification
