At Novotel Birmingham Centre, you'll be part of a talented and supportive kitchen team in one of Birmingham's leading conference and events hotels.

What You'll Be Doing
- Preparing and serving high-quality dishes across all areas of the kitchen.
- Supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chefs in delivering exceptional food standards.
- Working on busy conference lunches during the week, serving large-scale corporate events.
- Playing a key role during our exciting Christmas party season, delivering memorable dining experiences for hundreds of guests.
- Maintaining excellent food hygiene and health & safety standards.
- Helping with stock rotation, food preparation, and reducing waste.
- Assisting in training and supporting junior team members where required.
Qualifications
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or an experienced Commis Chef ready to step up.
- A passion for fresh food and delivering consistent quality.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a busy kitchen.
- Good organisational and communication skills.
- A positive attitude and strong team spirit.
- Food Safety knowledge and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
