What You'll Be Doing

  • Preparing and serving high-quality dishes across all areas of the kitchen.
  • Supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chefs in delivering exceptional food standards.
  • Working on busy conference lunches during the week, serving large-scale corporate events.
  • Playing a key role during our exciting Christmas party season, delivering memorable dining experiences for hundreds of guests.
  • Maintaining excellent food hygiene and health & safety standards.
  • Helping with stock rotation, food preparation, and reducing waste.
  • Assisting in training and supporting junior team members where required.

Qualifications

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or an experienced Commis Chef ready to step up.
  • A passion for fresh food and delivering consistent quality.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a busy kitchen.
  • Good organisational and communication skills.
  • A positive attitude and strong team spirit.
  • Food Safety knowledge and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
