Job Description Chef Manager Pay & Location Competitive hourly rate of £13.61 Paid fortnightly, providing consistent and reliable income Opportunity to earn a monthly bonus based on team performance Location: Based inside Morrisons, Lincoln LN6 7QL, working in a fast-paced, high-energy kitchen environment Free onsite parking available at selected location About the Role & What We’re Looking For We’re looking for a passionate and driven Chef Manager to take ownership within a busy kitchen environment, ensuring exceptional food quality, supporting the team, and maintaining the highest operational standards. You will be: Enthusiastic and energetic, with the ability to use your initiative Flexible, with a positive “can-do” attitude Passionate about delivering great customer experiences Confident working both independently and as part of a team Committed to producing fresh, high-quality, and sustainable food In This Role, You Will Prepare fresh ingredients by hand each shift, including raw fish and meat Ensure accurate labelling in line with food safety and allergen regulations Multitask effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment Maintain a clean, organised workspace and storage areas Uphold high standards of cleanliness and safety at all times Work early shifts when required (6:30am start time) Support training and development of team members Continuously develop your own skills and knowledge Qualifications Previous experience in a supervisory or management role (essential) Strong knowledge of Food Safety and Health & Safety regulations (essential) The ability to follow and uphold brand standards and company policies Proven ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment Pride in your work, always striving to improve and develop Additional Information What We Offer Paid fortnightly Monthly performance bonus when team KPIs are achieved Pension scheme Holiday & Work-Life Balance 28 days holiday An extra day off during your birthday month “A Day for You” – an additional day’s holiday, just because you deserve it Additional holidays at 2, 5 and 10 years’ service Food & On-Shift Benefits Free, freshly prepared meals on shift Free onsite parking at most locations Cycle to Work scheme Wellbeing & Culture Access to our Make a Difference Fund, supporting causes that matter to you Be part of a fast-paced, supportive team & fun environment Career & Development Ongoing training and development throughout the year, including food safety development Clear progression opportunities across the UK and globally Apply Now If you’re passionate about food, take pride in your work, and are ready to lead a high-performing team in a dynamic kitchen environment, we’d love to hear from you.
