First impressions are everything! As a Reception Agent, you will take care of the guests from the moment they arrive through to their departure by ensuring they have a memorable experience with us.


About the Role

Our team shapes guests’ journeys, adding warmth and professionalism with every interaction. From smile-based service to seamless check-ins and personalised touchpoints, your role is pivotal in crafting unforgettable stays. Key Responsibilities

  • Front-of-house excellence: Deliver flawless check-ins, ensure timely account settlement, and respond to guest needs with proactiveness and warmth
  • Personalised touches: Observe guest needs and tailor experiences (e.g., room selections, dining reservations)
  • Upselling expertise: Promote hotel amenities (e.g., spa, fitness) to enhance stay value while maintaining high guest satisfaction
  • Technology-savvy operations: Work efficiently with systems like Opera PMS (experience preferred)

What You’ll Bring

  • Fluency: Native or professional English proficiency (local bonus languages—spotlight multilingual hires!)
