Key Responsibilities

You’ll be tasked with:

  • Overseeing the Kiosk and team accountability, upholding strict audit compliance for food safety and health & safety while aligning with Environmental Health Officer (EHO) expectations
  • Ensuring impeccable cleanliness and adherence to food safety protocols for a safe environment
  • Efficiently managing workflows, with forward planning and precision
  • Daily preparation of fresh ingredients by hand, including raw fish and meat
  • Accurate labelling, ensuring full iodine compliance for food safety and allergen information
  • Skilled multitasking under pressure
  • Continuous learning, developing your expertise while mentoring your team

Requirements

Essential

✔ Experience leading teams, fostering competence and collaboratively driving success ✔ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced role, upholding our standards ✔ High attention to food safety and hygiene, with risk-aware behaviours ✔ Ability to adhere to national health & safety legislation and company policies ✔ Reliable transportation, ready for early mornings


Additional Information

This role is for a permanent contract, with hourly wages rewarding up to GBP 13.16.
