Job Summary
We’re actively seeking someone who is:

Key Responsibilities
- Daily Tasks:
- Prep fresh ingredients by hand, including handling raw fish and meat products during shifts.
- Accurately label every product—ensuring compliance with UK Food Safety & H&S regulations, allergen laws, and fulfilling brand standards.

Backstage Role:
- Multitask efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.
- Maintain a spotless workspace, storerooms, and tools, ensuring cleanliness and safety for customers and employees alike.
- Keep the premises organised and uphold sustainability practices.

Additional Duties:
- Continuously seek ways to improve processes and upskill, embodying a drive for excellence.
- Often required to start as an early riser; shifts may begin at 6 AM.

- Contribute positively to a supportive, stable team environment while sharing continuous feedback.
Requirements & Qualifications
Personal Attributes (Must-Haves)
- Reliability: Regular and punctual attendance, including secure transport for early-morning shifts.
- Leadership Mentality: Observe, support, and voluntarily enhance standards with pride in every task.
- Compliance Awareness: Working knowledge of Hygiene, Health & Safety laws, and a commitment to allergen labels, brand policies, and company procedures.
Physical & Workplace Fit
- Comfort in a fast-paced, hands-on production role.
- Adaptability to start early and work efficiently in busy environments.

Contract Type: Permanent Pay Range: Up to GBP 12.71 per hour
