Enablement Business Partner (12 month FTC), EMEA Field Enablement Team
Do you want to help shape how AWS sellers grow, learn, and win? Join the AGS EMEA Field Enablement team — where we turn bold ideas into real-world learning experiences that drive customer impact across one of the most dynamic sales regions in the world.
As an Enablement Business Partner, you will play a hands-on role in delivering and continuously improving enablement programs for our EMEA field teams — helping sellers show up confident, capable, and customer-ready from day one.
You will work closely with field managers, sales leaders, and cross-functional partners, using data and field feedback to ensure our enablement programs land with impact and keep pace with the evolving needs of our sellers and customers.
Key job responsibilities
- Deliver and iterate on onboarding and continuous readiness ("always boarding") programs for your assigned EMEA field teams, ensuring sessions run smoothly and land with impact
- Facilitate training sessions and workshops — aligned to the AWS Way of Selling and current business priorities
- Gather field feedback from sellers and managers to identify gaps and recommend improvements to existing programs
- Track and report on program KPIs including participation, completion, and engagement, communicating progress to stakeholders clearly and on time
- Coordinate program logistics — schedules, communications, and content updates — to keep enablement activities on track
- Collaborate with WW Field Enablement, Sales Operations, and other partners to ensure programs are consistent and aligned to broader goals
- Support adoption of AI-powered selling tools and help sellers apply generative AI in their customer interactions
- Contribute to creating and refreshing enablement content, job aids, and learning resources
- Build trusted relationships with field managers and sellers through consistent, high-quality delivery

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
