Enablement Business Partner – Field Enablement (AGS) – EMEA

Join the AWS Global Services (AGS) EMEA Field Enablement team—where we turn bold ideas into real-world learning experiences that drive customer impact across one of the most dynamic sales regions in the world.


About the Role

As an Enablement Business Partner, you will play a hands-on role in delivering and continuously improving enablement programs for EMEA field teams, helping sellers become confident, capable, and customer-ready from day one.

You will collaborate closely with field managers, sales leaders, and cross-functional partners, using data and field feedback to ensure enablement programs land with impact while keeping pace with evolving seller and customer needs.


Key Responsibilities

Enablement Program Delivery & Improvement

  • Deliver and refine onboarding and continuous readiness ("always boarding") programs for assigned EMEA field teams
  • Ensure sessions run smoothly and are well-liked with clear customer impact
  • Facilitate training sessions and workshops aligned with AWS Way of Selling and business priorities

Field Feedback & Insights

  • Gather seller and manager feedback to identify program gaps and recommend improvements
  • Use performance data to drive continuous optimisation of enablement programs

KPI Tracking & Reporting

  • Track and report on program KPIs (e.g., participation, completion, engagement)
  • Communicate progress clearly and on time to stakeholders

Logistics & Stakeholder Coordination

  • Coordinate program logistics (schedules, communications, content updates)
  • Collaborate with WW Field Enablement, Sales Operations, and other partners to ensure consistency and alignment with broader goals

AI & Sales Tool Adoption

  • Support adoption of AI-powered selling tools and help sellers apply generative AI in customer interactions

Content & Resource Development

  • Contribute to creating and refreshing enablement content, job aids, and learning resources

Relationship Building

  • Build trusted relationships with field managers and sellers through consistent, high-quality delivery

About the Team

The AGS EMEA Field Enablement team is the building behind the builder. We design and deliver learning experiences, tools, and resources that empower customer-facing sellers to drive confidence and competence—helping them discuss the right conversations, with the right customers, at the right time.

We operate at the intersection of strategy and execution, translating:

  • Business priorities
  • Field insights
  • Performance data

Into enablement programs that move the needle.

Our work spans the entire seller journey—from onboarding to mastery—grounded in:

  • AWS Way of Selling (AWOS)
  • AI-powered selling motions
  • Evolving customer and field team needs across EMEA

Requirements

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent)
  • Experience in defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics
  • Experience with written and verbal communication and presentation

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in driving the sales management process
  • Experience in a hands-on sales execution role
