About the Role

Flutter UK&I is transforming its technology foundations to support sustainable growth, innovation, and operational excellence. This evolution centres on Enablement 2.0 – developing long-lasting product-led technology capabilities that drive customer-facing divisions (Sports, Customer, Gaming) and deliver critical capabilities across the region and group.

In this pivotal role, you will:

The ideal candidate will partner closely with Product and Engineering Leadership, negotiating roadmap alignment to solidify Flutter’s future technology roadmap.

Responsibilities

As part of the Enablement Leadership Team, your duties will include:

  • Developing and executing the long-term strategy for the Data Platform, focusing on Databricks, Redshift, AI-readiness, and enabling generative AI and machine learning.
  • Building scalable engineering-first team cultures that emphasize reliability, cost efficiency, and productivity.

  • Driving key technical decisions that enhance the data landscape’s AI and ML capabilities.
  • Managing budget, workforce planning, and supplier relationships for your domain.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
