🌟 Enablement Support Worker - Adult Social Care (Short-Term Reablement) 🌟
📍 Location: Derbyshire Dales
📄 Contract Options: 18 or 24 hours per week (with flexibility for extra hours)
💰 Pay: Competitive (Grade 5)
🕒 Shifts: Rota-based including days, nights, weekends & bank holidays

We’re on the lookout for passionate Enablement Support Workers to join our short-term reablement teams in the Adult Care department. If you’re eager to make a real difference in people’s lives across Derbyshire Dales, this is the role for you!
🏡 What You’ll Do
- Support clients in their own homes, helping them regain independence and confidence.
- Deliver personalised care plans including personal care, medication, domestic tasks, and wellbeing support.
- Collaborate with a multi-professional team and contribute to multi-disciplinary discussions.
- Accurately record progress and escalate concerns when needed.
- Receive ongoing support and training to help you excel and grow in your career.
