This is a flexible 31.50 hour role worked as a split shift covering mornings and evening support. The hours can be offered as one post or split into two posts, making this ideal if you are returning to work, balancing family commitments, or looking for part time hours with real purpose.

Role Description
You will support older adults in their own homes, helping them stay independent, safe and well in their community. This is hands on, meaningful work where your time, care and kindness have an immediate impact.
No previous care experience is required. We provide full training, shadowing and ongoing support, so if you have the right values and want to help people, we can teach you the rest.
You will have opportunities to gain SVQ qualifications, build confidence and develop a long term career in health and social care.
