About the Role
As an Enabling Support Worker, your responsibilities will include:
- Providing support and encouragement to individuals, following their person-centred plan and their personal preferences.
- Administering personal care and medication, where duty-bound (to be clarified upon selection).
- Ensuring accurate and detailed record-keeping in line with service requirements.
- Offering sleep-in care sessions (±£60 additional pay per night).
