Call for Proposals: Independent Final Evaluation of the UNESCO-Dior Project

The UNESCO Regional Office in Bangkok and Office for UN Coordination for Asia and the Pacific (UNESCO Bangkok) invites qualified evaluation firms, research institutions, consulting organizations, and other legally registered entities to submit proposals to undertake the independent final evaluation of the UNESCO–Dior project, Enhancing LGBTIQ+ Inclusive Learning Spaces in Asia through Youth-Led Transformative Actions and Partnerships in the Education Sector.

Project Overview

The evaluation will assess the project's overall performance over its five-year implementation period (2021–2027), covering activities in Thailand, Singapore, Japan, and the Philippines. Conducted in accordance with the UNESCO Evaluation Policy (2022–2029), the United Nations Evaluation Group (UNEG) Norms and Standards for Evaluation, and the OECD DAC evaluation criteria, the evaluation will generate evidence-based findings, lessons learned, and actionable recommendations to strengthen UNESCO's future programming on inclusive education, youth engagement, gender equality, and LGBTIQ+ inclusion in education.
