Combining specialist clinical expertise with digital health technology, continuous remote monitoring, and a fully integrated multidisciplinary team, we deliver personalised, outcomes-driven care that goes beyond the standard clinic appointment. We are now seeking an exceptional Consultant to join our growing clinical team and help shape the next phase of our service.

Role Summary: Reporting to the Medical Director, you will take clinical responsibility for the diagnosis, treatment, and ongoing management of patients with a broad range of endocrine and metabolic disorders, with a primary focus on diabetes. Clinical Governance & Research: Actively participate in clinical governance, audit, and quality improvement. Contribute to research and service development initiatives to continuously improve patient outcomes. Education & Mentorship: Provide clinical education and mentorship to junior doctors, specialist nurses, and allied health staff. Support the professional development of the wider clinical team. Community & Patient Education: Contribute to patient education programmes and community outreach initiatives focused on diabetes prevention and endocrine health. Regulatory Compliance: Maintain full compliance with GMC Good Medical Practice standards, CQC requirements, infection prevention and control protocols, and relevant NICE and NHS England frameworks.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
