Territory Sales Manager - Endoscopy Capital Equipment

North West England | Sheffield | Bradford | Huddersfield

£40,000-£50,000 + £10,000-£25,000 OTE + Accelerators + Hybrid/Electric Company Car

Looking to represent a market-leading medical technology brand with a reputation for innovation and quality?

This is an opportunity to join a global manufacturer of premium endoscopy solutions, trusted by NHS and private hospitals across the UK. You'll take ownership of your territory, working with clinicians and senior decision-makers to grow market share while selling cutting-edge capital equipment that genuinely improves patient care.

The Role

  • Drive sales of a premium endoscopy capital equipment portfolio across NHS and private hospitals.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from opportunity identification through to tender management and contract award.
  • Build relationships with Consultants, Procurement, EBME teams, and other key hospital stakeholders.
  • Deliver product demonstrations and become a trusted clinical partner within your accounts.
  • Enjoy a high level of autonomy with the backing of an experienced and supportive team.

What We're Looking For

  • Medical sales experience selling into NHS hospitals is essential.
  • Endoscopy or capital equipment sales experience is advantageous but not essential.
  • Full UK driving licence.

Package

  • £40,000-£50,000 basic salary (DOE)
  • £10,000-£25,000 uncapped OTE plus accelerators
  • Hybrid/electric company car or £3,500 car allowance
  • 27 days' holiday
