Overview

Deloitte is supporting a leading global energy organisation on a large-scale transformation programme and is seeking an experienced Endur Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-grade energy trading technology solutions.

This is a senior architecture position where you will define end-to-end technical solutions, collaborate with senior business stakeholders, and ensure scalable, secure and integrated Endur implementations across the organisation. You will play a key role in shaping architecture strategy while providing technical leadership across complex programmes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end architecture and technical design of Openlink Endur solutions across multiple business and technology domains.
  • Define solution architecture covering application design, integrations, infrastructure, security, hosting and data architecture.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to understand trading, risk and operational requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
  • Provide technical leadership throughout the solution lifecycle, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture standards and best practice.
  • Design robust integrations between Endur and surrounding platforms including trading, market data, risk, finance and reporting systems.
  • Produce high-quality architecture documentation including solution designs, integration specifications and technical roadmaps.
  • Evaluate existing platforms and recommend improvements to simplify architecture and improve scalability, resilience and operational efficiency.
  • Work closely with development, infrastructure, security and delivery teams to ensure successful implementation.
  • Support governance activities including architecture reviews, design assurance and technical decision-making.
  • Act as the technical authority for Endur architecture within the programme, providing guidance to project teams and senior stakeholders.
  • Identify technical risks and define appropriate mitigation strategies throughout delivery.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
