A close client of ours at Cyan Partners is looking for a senior-level legal professional to join their specialist energy and construction disputes team within a wider national and international practice.

Role Overview

The role focuses on complex, high-value contentious matters across construction, engineering, infrastructure, energy, PFI/PPP and development projects.

Responsibilities

  • Advise a broad client base
  • Manage dispute resolution processes including adjudication and litigation
  • Support larger multi-jurisdictional matters
  • Maintain client relationships
  • Contribute to business development
  • Help mentor junior colleagues

Ideal Candidate

  • Qualified E&W solicitor with significant post-qualification experience (circa 5PQE+) in contentious construction or engineering disputes
  • Strong drafting and analytical skills
  • Commercial awareness
  • Autonomy in managing complex matters
  • Adopts a collaborative approach
