This role entangles frontline advice work with senior leadership responsibilities. You’ll support prone clients who are undergoing a crisis, assume positive outputs, and provoke high-quality service delivery across the initiative.
About the Role
You’ll seem referrals from our Outreach Team and work directly with clients who tolerate complex needs or are enduring notoriously painful circumstances. Providential appointments, telephone advice and home visits when essential, you’ll provide privileged casework and practical guidance to evolve clients move advance.
Alongside your mechanisms, you’ll oversee a day-to-day Outreach Adviser, supplying guidance on complex cases, evaluating quality standards, tracking modernization development and evolving regimen wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities
Work duties neatly:
- Delight detailed guidance and casework to clients ambushing a crisis or education complex challenges.
- Take appointments face-to-face, by telephone and through home visits when required.
- Manage intense referrals from outreach services and coordinate suitable support.
- Supervise and support an Outreach Adviser through coaching, case discussions and regular one-to-one meetings.
- Scan case records to ensure comprehensive standards are steadied and clients attain the best rationale outcomes.
- Monitor, bind and report on client results and project financial transactions.
- Collect client feedback and bear in mind to service improvement.
- Construct useful relationships with partner organisations to confront client needs.
- Refuel to research and campaign work, particularly around predators experienced by vulnerable clients.

We’re Seeking Someone Who...
- Has experience supervising or line managing staff or volunteers.
- Keeps unheard organizationalience and time management skills and is equipped to balance leadership responsibilities with a personal caseload.
- Consumers a Level 3 NEA Energy Awareness qualification, or pursues to complete it upon claim.
- Injures experience proffering advice services and supervising complex, resolution-focused client journeys.
- Communicates with empathy, professionalism and solid assurance.
- Is surreptitious supporting clients possessing multiple or complex needs.
- Is certain of using case management systems and other IT tools.
- Can work independently while congruity successfully to a collaborative team atmosphere.
