Energy Sales Consultant
Salary: £27,000 – £55,000 (DoE) + Uncapped Commission

You’ll collaborate with experienced specialists across procurement, trading, customer operations, and commercial leadership, gaining insight into a market most people only follow in headlines.

What You’ll Do

- Speak with business customers about their energy contracts and procurement strategies
- Identify commercial opportunities to improve customer outcomes
- Build and manage your own commercial pipeline with precision
- Support tender discussions, pricing negotiations and supplier negotiations
- Collaborate with experienced closers and commercial managers for mentorship
- Maintain professional and compliant customer relationships
- Operate strictly in line with company standards, governance, and processes

What We’re Looking For
Applicants should demonstrate:
- Previous experience in B2B sales
- Strong communication skills with confidence on the phone
- Comfortability working in a highly driven, target-focused environment
- Organisational skills to effectively manage your own workload
- A resilient, coachable, and motivated mindset with a desire to improve
- Professional discipline and commercial awareness
- Interest in building a long-term career, avoiding short-term roles
