Energy Sales Executive (B2B / New Business)

Sales Opportunity: Outbound Salesperson (Energy Broker)

Location: Liverpool city centre (office based)

Hours: Full-time, permanent, Monday to Friday Salary: £30,000 basic + uncapped commission (OTE £40k Year 1, rising to £60k+ by Year 3) Interview dates: 13/07/2026 – 21/07/2026 Start date: 24/08/2026

We’re expanding our Liverpool sales team and looking for an experienced outbound salesperson who wants uncapped earnings, real career progression, and backing from a high-performing, collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identifying and reaching out to potential clients, presenting and explaining energy products and services.
  • Building lasting relationships with new and existing business customers to secure the best contracts.
  • Managing your own portfolio, retaining clients at renewal, and growing customer bases.
  • Achieving sales and efficiency goals while developing deep industry knowledge.
  • Staying updated on energy market trends and regulations.

About You

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of outbound sales experience (telesales, cold-calling, or B2B new business) – essential.
  • Energy experience beneficial (but not required); full training provided.
  • Motivated to leverage the earning potential of energy sales.
  • Skilled at building relationships with decision-makers.
  • Excellent communication skills (spoken and written).
