DVLA Enforcement Officer

Our team of highly-trained frontline colleagues and back-office support team members provide outsourced business services to the public and private sectors, including comprehensive parking and street management solutions that contribute to creating a great place to work and live. Our Enforcement Officers play a big part by removing untaxed vehicles on behalf of the DVLA.
About the Role
Responsibilities
- Liaises with members of the public and provides advice regarding clamping and fines
- Advises the public on payment methods and other issues regarding enforcement action taken on their vehicle
- Works alongside other agencies when required, including the Police, DVLA, and VOSA
- Deals with enquiries from the public regarding enforcement action and ensures the relevant information packs are available
- Ensures all vehicles and enforcement equipment are serviced and fit for purpose, reporting faults to the Manager
- Completes daily reports regarding activities

Requirements
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Self-Motivated and Customer-Focused
- Ability to work shifts
- Ability to work on their own initiative
- Previous experience in a similar role would be ideal but not essential
