DVLA Enforcement Officer

Our team of highly trained frontline colleagues and back-office support team members provide outsourced business services to the public and private sectors. These include comprehensive parking and street management solutions that contribute to creating a great place to work and live. Our Enforcement Officers play a critical role by removing untaxed vehicles on behalf of the DVLA.
What does a DVLA Enforcement Officer Do?
- Liaises with members of the public and provides advice regarding clamping and fines
- Advises the public on:
- Payment methods
- Other issues related to enforcement actions taken on vehicles
- Works alongside other agencies when required, including the Police, DVLA, and VOSA
- Deals with public enquiries regarding enforcement actions, ensuring relevant information packs are available
- Ensures:
- All vehicles and enforcement equipment are serviced and fit for purpose
- Any faults are reported to the Manager
- Completes daily activity reports

This is a full-time position (42.5 hours per week), offered on a 6-month fixed-term contract.
What do you need to be a DVLA Enforcement Officer?
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Self-motivated
- Customer-focused approach
- Ability to work shifts
- Ability to work independently on own initiative
- Previous experience in a similar role would be ideal but is not essential
