DVLA Enforcement Officer

Location: Northern Ireland - DVLA Mallusk Road

Our team of highly trained frontline colleagues and back-office support team members provide outsourced business services to the public and private sectors. These include comprehensive parking and street management solutions that contribute to creating a great place to work and live. Our Enforcement Officers play a big part by removing untaxed vehicles on behalf of the DVLA.

This is a full-time nights postion, temporary role on a five-month contract.

What does a DVLA Enforcement Officer Do?

  • Liaises with members of the public and give advice regarding clamping and fines.
  • Advises the public on payment methods and other issues regarding enforcement action taken on their vehicle.
  • Work alongside other agencies when required including Police DVLA and VOSA.
  • Deals with enquiries from the public regarding enforcement action and ensures the relevant information packs are available.
  • Ensures all vehicles and enforcement equipment is serviced and fit for purpose reporting faults to the Manager.
  • Completes daily reports regarding activities.
