Engagement and Community Partner (Scotland) – Brand New Role

Salary: £40,500 per annum plus health cash plan worth over £1,140 Type: Permanent, Full-time (37.5 hours per week) Location: Scotland

We can’t offer a job share (CoS) for this role.


About the Role

This is a brand-new role where you’ll lead community engagement projects across Scotland, helping to shape better services and foster stronger local trust. You’ll curate engagement strategies tailored to regional priorities, blending face-to-face and digital approaches.

Collaborating closely with regional leaders, you’ll ensure customer voices drive meaningful change across communities.


What You’ll Do

  • Lead community engagement projects aligned with local needs and customer insights.
  • Build trusted relationships with customers, communities, and senior stakeholders.
  • Convert feedback and data into actionable insights that shape decision-making.
  • Design inclusive engagement strategies that amplify underrepresented voices.
  • Strengthen customer governance through clear, structured reporting and assurance.

Requirements

You’ll bring:

  • Experience leading community or customer engagement projects.
  • Confidence influencing senior stakeholders and translating feedback into action.
  • Background in building partnerships with local or community organisations.

Practical Details

  • Self-managed diary with flexibility.
  • Hybrid work model (typically 2 days per week in the community/Glasgow office).
  • Business use vehicle required (insured by you) with mileage reimbursement.
