About The Health Foundation

Health is our most precious asset. Good health enables us to live happy, fulfilling lives, fuels our prosperity, and helps build a stronger society. Yet good health remains out of reach for too many people in the UK, and health and care services are struggling to provide access to timely, high-quality care.

The Health Foundation is an independent charitable organisation with a mission to build a healthier UK. To achieve this, we:

  • Generate high-quality research and analysis.
  • Develop practical solutions to major health and health services challenges.
  • Engage, convene, and build coalitions to foster understanding, inform debate, and drive action.
  • Strengthen the long-term capability needed to transform health and care.

Our Values

We demand everyone who works with us to commit to our values: impact, evidence, integrity, and collaboration. We also prioritise diversity and inclusion, expecting all employees to support our EDI (Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion) Strategy.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
