🚀 Engagement Team Leader

An exciting opportunity to lead a dynamic engagement team within a thriving education and skills organisation. This role is focused on driving business growth, achieving recruitment and sales targets, and building strong relationships with employers and key stakeholders.

You'll inspire and develop a high-performing team, champion exceptional learner journeys through high-quality Information, Advice and Guidance (IAG), and ensure the right learners are matched to the right opportunities.

Applicants must have:

  • A proven track record of meeting sales and / or recruitment targets within the FE sector.
  • Knowledge of apprenticeships and the wider FE sector.
  • Experience of leading, managing and motivating a sales and / or recruitment team.
  • Determination and drive to achieve company targets.
  • Driving licence and own transport.
