Engagement Lead - Rehabilitation and High Support (RHS)
We have an exciting opportunity two Band 7 Engagement Leads, one full time post holder and one part time. This is a unique opportunity in which you will be able to solely focus on service development and improvement. You will work closely with service users, their loved ones, and staff to ensure their views, ideas and feedback shape the service and remain at the centre of all discussions, enabling coproduction and collaboration. In doing so, you will enhance and lead within our quality agenda and have a positive impact on service user and carer care and experiences.
We are looking for someone who is passionate around improving the experience of our service users and their loved ones, alongside recognising the significant value in working collaboratively with both.
You would take a key role in the delivery of the Care Hub’s quality strategy and clinical effectiveness, ensuring this links with the Trustwide Quality Strategy.
The role is based over the Trust footprint and our services include Low Secure Units, Inpatient and Community Rehabilitation Services, services for Military Veterans and the Wellbeing College. You would be working alongside the Rehab and High Support Quality Team.
You would be expected to travel across the Trust footprint to our services, however we can offer flexibility in terms of base or hybrid working. In return we offer a flexible and rewarding opportunity, within a friendly, supportive, and quality driven team.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
