Engagement Lead

Up to £130,000 + 20% Bonus + Commission + Benefits

Hybrid – Greater London (Client travel across London + weekly office collaboration)

Some client relationship roles are about keeping projects on track. This isn't one of them.

We're partnering with a growing technology consultancy that's helping organisations solve complex business problems through modern technology, data and AI. Their clients see them as trusted advisors rather than suppliers, and as they continue to grow, they're looking for an Engagement Lead to take ownership of some of their most important relationships.

Reporting directly to the Founders, you'll own a portfolio generating several million pounds in annual revenue, acting as the strategic lead across 7–8 key client accounts. Alongside your client responsibilities, you'll lead and develop a small but growing Engagement team, helping to shape best practice, mentor colleagues and build a high-performing client function as the business continues to scale.

Your clients operate across sectors including Financial Services, FinTech, FX and Energy, and you'll become the person they turn to when they're thinking about what's next.

This is a relationship-first role. You'll spend your time getting under the skin of your clients' businesses, understanding their priorities, challenging their thinking where appropriate and connecting them with the right people and solutions internally. You'll work closely with delivery and technical teams, but you won't be responsible for running projects day to day.

You'll also be joining a consultancy that's genuinely excited about where technology is heading. AI, data and emerging technologies are becoming a bigger part of the conversations they're having with clients every day, and they're looking for someone who's naturally curious, commercially aware and enjoys exploring new ideas with customers.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
