Engagement Consultant – Business Applications Team

### About the Role
We’re looking for a highly capable Engagement Consultant to join our Business Applications team, supporting our Short Order / Business-as-Usual (BAU) function. This role is critical in maintaining high-quality customer engagements following the departure of a senior consultant.
### What You’ll Do
- Lead customer discovery sessions and define requirements
- Design solutions across Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC) and other external integrations
- Produce high-quality Statements of Work (SOWs) and accurate estimates
- Collaborate closely with Engagement Managers and Delivery teams
- Ensure all engagements are clear, achievable, and delivery-ready

### What We’re Looking For
- Strong customer-facing consulting experience, particularly in Business Applications
- Proven track record in writing high-quality SOWs and estimates
- Experience with:
- Dynamics 365 (Business Central / BC, NAV)
- Ability to balance commercial needs with realistic delivery planning
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced BAU / Short Order environment

Note: This role will require occasional travel to client sites when needed.
