About the Role

Are you passionate about ERP systems and driven to help businesses thrive? At Node4, we support over 750 NAV/Business Central customers, and we are recruiting a Dedicated Engagement Manager to elevate our customer experience while maximising the potential of their systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Happiness: Ensure our customers are happy, well-served, and fully informed.
  • Stay Updated: Regularly engage with customers to share updates on Node4’s software, third-party solutions, and latest technologies (including site visits).
  • Deep Understanding: Build comprehensive Account Plans by deeply analysing customer business requirements.
  • Innovation Advocate: Introduce new tools and products, and drive changes within the Node4 ecosystem.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: Prioritise understanding customer needs to make their systems work seamlessly.
  • Internal Coordination: Collaborate with the Projects Team to manage change requests efficiently.
  • Team Synergy: Build dynamic working relationships with other teams at Node4.
  • CRM Maintenance: Keep our CRM system current with accurate customer data.
  • Identify Opportunities: Spot commercial opportunities and escalate change requests.
  • Time Management: Optimise the use of time and schedules for maximum productivity.
  • Trusted Advisor: Act as Node4’s primary representative and trusted partnership for the customer.

What Will You Bring to the Role?

  • ERP Knowledge: Expertise in NAV/Business Central, relevant to your industry, and in its strategic implementation.
  • Customer Focus: Proven ability to maintain high customer satisfaction through superior service and support.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication, capable of engaging and influencing key stakeholders across all levels.
  • Project Management: Experience managing projects, prioritising tasks and coordinating change requests effectively.
  • Analytical Abilities: Strong problem-solving capability to interpret business needs, identify opportunities, and formulate actionable solutions.
  • Technical Acumen: Familiarity with Node4’s software, awareness of needed security compliance, and comfort with new technologies.
  • Relationship Building: Excellent interpersonal skills for nurturing long-term customer partnerships.
  • Organisational Skills: High-level time/diary management to balance multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines.
  • CRM Experience: Prior knowledge of managing identification and roll-out for CRM system updates.
