Engagement Manager, Agency

Profound is the marketing platform for the AI era.

As people increasingly turn to ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini to decide what to buy, we give brands the intelligence to see how AI represents them and the Agents to act on it. Today, ~13% of the Fortune 500, plus companies like Ramp, Figma, Chime, Calendly, and DocuSign, use Profound to turn AI Search from a black box into a measurable growth channel.

Backed by Lightspeed, Sequoia, Kleiner Perkins, and Khosla Ventures at a $1B valuation, we're a lean, fast-moving team across NYC, SF, Buenos Aires, and London, shipping at a relentless pace and defining a new category at the biggest shift in marketing in 25 years. If you want to do the best work of your career at the frontier of AI, come build it with us.

As an Engagement Manager for Agencies

You'll sit at the intersection of strategy and execution, driving growth across your agency partners. Partnering directly with top agencies like Edelman, Golin, Dentsu, and Wpromote, you'll provide strategic consultation, success planning, and targeted support for their end clients. You'll work closely with internal teams across Sales, Product, and Engineering to address agency needs, drive platform adoption, and deliver meaningful outcomes. As a trusted expert guiding agencies through the future of AI search, you'll share best practices and actionable tactics to enhance their clients' AI visibility through the Profound platform.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
