As an Engagement Manager, you will bridge the gap between AI capabilities and high-stakes financial workflows. You will lead client relationships at major institutions, design custom AI templates for complex deal execution, and collaborate with engineering teams to prioritize product feedback, transforming how the world’s leading financial firms produce and validate client-ready work.

What You Will Do
- Own the end-to-end client relationship for major financial institutions, serving as the primary point of contact for strategic communication and product adoption.
- Build and deploy bespoke AI workflows, templates, and demos tailored to complex use cases like due diligence, market mapping, and comparable analysis.
- Lead cross-functional teams and run weekly customer feedback sessions to translate user needs into prioritized technical requirements for the engineering and product teams.
The ideal candidate
- Possesses 3-7 years of experience in investment banking (bulge bracket or elite boutique), private equity, or Tier 1 strategy consulting with significant deal execution experience.
- Demonstrates a strong academic background from Tier 1 institutions and the ability to operate independently in a high-intensity, fast-paced startup environment.
- Combines excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a deep understanding of financial workflows and a readiness to train clients on advanced AI prompt engineering.
