Mindflow is a charity tackling the mental health crisis within the construction industry. Every working day two construction workers sadly take their own lives and we exist to normalise conversations around mental health and break down the stigma using football to engage and unite. Our mission is to see a construction industry which values workers’ mental health as highly as physical safety across the sector.
We’re a small proactive team building a better future for the construction industry, and we’re looking for an experienced person to join us, to develop and implement engagement strategies to reach target audiences and build strong relationships with businesses and industry bodies within construction to maximise impact.
Our USP is our industry Charter, a framework that has been designed and developed by industry leaders within construction and the mental health space to improve standards across the industry. This will form the core of the role from engagement to adoption.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
