Become part of a dedicated team that works on the cutting-edge of Cummins Engines, ensuring top-notch quality and service.
What We Offer
- Work-life Balance: A schedule that works for you! 37.5 hours per week:
- Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM – 4:45 PM (with a 30-minute lunch break)
- Fridays: Enjoy an early finish at 12:30 PM

Your Key Responsibilities

- Standardize Best Practices: Implement our established procedures and policies to ensure consistency in service operations.
- Prolong Engine Lifespan: Conduct thorough preventative maintenance and reduce engine failures.
- Keep Accurate Records: Ensure smooth business operations by completing all required documentation efficiently.
- Foster a Learning Environment: Pass on your knowledge to team members and apprentices, helping them grow.
- Maintain Safety & Cleanliness: Contribute to a safe, organized, and compliant workshop environment.
What You’ll Need To Succeed
- Technical Expertise: Hands-on experience with engine systems and diagnostic software.
- Leadership Abilities: Effective coaching and mentoring skills.
- Safety Focus: Commitment to health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Documentation Skills: Ability to complete reports accurately and on time.

Qualifications
- Apprentice Trained Engine Technician (Preferred)
- Vocational Diploma from a relevant technical institution
- Valid Driver’s License (Preferred)
- Advanced experience with engine products and the ability to coach junior technicians.
