Quorn Maintenance Engineer Opportunity
Quorn are currently recruiting for a multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team based at our Methwold manufacturing facility.
What You'll Be Responsible For
Our Maintenance Engineers are responsible for maintaining the performance and continual improvement of all of our manufacturing assets on-site.
- Ensure the Quorn plant and our equipment complies with statutory and insurance requirements
- Effectively complete various preventative and corrective maintenance tasks as and when needed
- Provide an innovative and proactive support service to the site
- Drive innovation for various continuous improvement and transformation activities
This role operates on a nights only shift pattern.
What Experience You'll Need To Have
- Time served engineering qualifications, preferably with a multi-skilled bias with both electrical and mechanical experience
- Demonstrable knowledge of areas such as maintenance management systems, quality, health & safety and machine operation
- Working knowledge & awareness of implementing MBP (maintenance best practice)
- Presentable background in industry, with background in food manufacturing being an advantage
- Excellent problem solving capabilities with root cause exploration methods
- A passion for healthy, sustainable products which are better for our consumers and the planet – you don’t have to be a vegetarian to work for Quorn!
