Engineering Administrator
Administrator | Engineering | Private Hospital | Wrexham | Part-time | Permanent | 20 hrs per week | £12.26 per hour plus excellent benefits Spire Yale Hospital, Wrexham is currently looking for an experienced Administrator to join their Engineering team on a part-time, permanent basis. Spire Yale Hospital is one of North Wales’ leading private hospitals and we take pride in delivering high-quality care. We offer fast access to consultations with specialists in a wide range of treatments, supported by advanced imaging and diagnostic technology. Working hours: Monday - Friday from 9 am to 1 pm
Contract type: Permanent As Engineering Administrator, you will be responsible to support the Hospital Engineer in coordinating and ensuring safety and compliance to the estates and hospital structure. Duties and responsibilities (not limited to): Responsible for all engineering administration to support the Hospital Engineer including arranging service visits for periodical assessment of engineering equipment throughout the hospital. Ensure appropriate paperwork is in place for visits. Coordination of system requests for work orders via Pirana, ensuring allocation where required. This includes activities at various Spire sites. Ensuring the asset register is maintained on Pirana including servicing, contracts and faulty equipment identification. Responsible for the Purchase Orders process and liaising with third parties and suppliers. To assist the Engineering Manager in organising Training and ensuring the Training Matrix is maintained.
