We are currently looking for enthusiastic individuals to join us at our Kings Dyke Site in the position of Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineering Apprentice. This is a fantastic opportunity, with yearly salary increases, to work towards becoming a fully skilled engineer at one of the UK's leading building material manufacturers.

Working week

  • 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Annual Salary

  • £20,800pa

Expected duration

  • 48 months

Start date

  • 1st September 2026

  • Advanced Level Apprenticeship

  • Desford, Hams Hall, Hoveringham, Kings Dyke, Measham, Milton & Newbury

Vacancy Description

The Role includes but is not limited to:

  • Ensuring the efficient and safe working of the plant by utilising the skills taught during your training
  • Carrying out preventative maintenance daily and installation of new equipment as required
  • Responding to and acting upon the fault report system

Desired Qualifications

  • Fully trained Maintenance Engineer with potential to be supported to complete HNC/D

Things to consider

  • Salary will be reviewed throughout apprenticeship
  • Shift work may be required on completion of the apprenticeship
  • The first year of the apprenticeship includes residential training in Birmingham.
