Job Title: Engineering Apprenticeship Trainer

Location: Manchester Hangar

Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday

What Will You Do in the Role?

Responsibilities

As Engineering Apprenticeship Trainer, you’ll be responsible for delivering Jet2.com’s Engineering Apprenticeship scheme. Based at our Manchester Hangar, you’ll:

  • Mentor, coach, instruct, and assess apprentices working towards their City & Guilds qualification
  • Produce course materials and deliver classroom instruction
  • Ensure quality and consistency across all learning activities
  • Support the Engineering Apprenticeship Supervisor in programme delivery

What Do We Need From You?

  • Proven experience delivering approved Apprenticeship qualification programmes
  • Ideally qualified as a recognised educator/instructor
  • Preferably hold D32, A1 or TAQA qualifications
  • Experience teaching Part 66 Licence Modules (CAT A minimum)
  • Strong people skills with excellent communication and supervisory abilities
  • Understanding of EASA Part 147/Part 145/Part M and City & Guilds training environments
  • Holding a Part 66 licence is advantageous
  • Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
